Autonomous Shuttle Car
Because we developed the Electro-hydraulic steering system, we were asked to develop a remote control and or autonomous shuttle car. We have evaluated multiple technologies and software schemes to find the most suitable hardware and software to allow the shuttle car to navigate the tough mining environment. The image above demonstrates the ability of our sensing hardware to map the path that the machine has taken over a approximately 800 ft round trip.
